Our focus is to serve populations in need of a chance…those at the intersection of issues such as abuse, human trafficking, addiction and crime.
Our Focus
We seek to convene, spotlight and bring awareness to the incredible capacity and potential of the women and men who have faced unimaginable challenges but are working towards building a new life.
We partner with nonprofit organizations, and social impact enterprises to identify resources and opportunities that will support them on their journey.
The Good Foundation provides grants by invitation only.
Beyond Grantmaking
At the Good Foundation, we’re doing more than just grantmaking. Since June 2017, our staff has conducted extensive research on the issue of sex trafficking and social innovation. The foundation is a member of the Peak Grantmaking Southwest chapter and the Social Enterprise Alliance. Our staff regularly attends conferences and events across the United States, such as the JUST conference, Crimes Against Women Conference, the North Texas Conference on Human Trafficking, The Collaborative Conference, and many more. To see where we’re going next and to attend our events, please visit the “ENGAGE” tab. Our staff also travels across the country to seek out best practices from leading organizations and thought leaders. The Good Foundation has a goal to bring those thought leaders to speak with community leaders on a regular basis. If you would like to join that mailing list, please email events@goodfdn.org.
